You are requested to kindly consider the following points as company's after sales service conditions.

Guarantee Conditions: (Applicable only in India)
1.   All products are Guaranteed for One Full Year against all
manufacturing defects from the date of retail purchase.
2.   The defective product should be brought to the dealer at
customer's cost.
3.   All Guarantee conditions apply for circuits only & not for their
plastic encasings and packings.

Guarantee does not cover:
1.   Damages due to electrical short circuit or spike.
2.   Damages due to water contact.
3.   Physical damages due to mishandling.
4.   Product tampering by any unauthorized person.
5.   Blackening of Kapsules of CFLs.
6.   Blackening of tube rods of all fittings.
